Prof. Dr. med. Alex W. Friedrich is Medical Director and Chairman of the Board of the University Hospital Münster. His particular focus is on top-clinical care, patient safety, prevention and cooperation between the Netherlands and Germany, and in particular the creation of regional health care networks. He fosters the interconnection of health, science and business to promote individualized prevention through innovation and modern technology. Numerous prestigious national and international awards recognize his work to date.
